About Us

We step into whatever role the job needs: integrator, construction manager, subcontractor, project manager, property manager, developer. Most projects need several of those at once, and they rarely hand off cleanly between separate firms. Keeping them under one roof is the whole point — fewer gaps, one point of contact, one team that owns the result.

We take green building seriously, and not as a slogan. It only works when the design team, the architects, the engineers and the client actually talk to each other — early, and often. We push for that on every project, and we steer clients toward materials and methods that leave a lighter footprint. Reducing a build's impact isn't the part you bolt on at the end; it's a decision you make on day one.

We're based in Csomád, just north of Budapest, and we work across Hungary. Close enough to be on site, wide enough to follow a project wherever it is.
